CCProM: Cultural Cooperation Project Management
An international initiative aimed at developing and strengthening the professional competencies of cultural sector workers in the implementation of cultural cooperation projects.

Cultural Cooperation Project Management (CCPROM) is an international initiative aimed at developing and strengthening the professional competencies of cultural sector workers in the implementation of cultural cooperation projects.
CCPROM's mission is to strengthen the professional competencies of cultural professionals in Europe through innovative training that promotes collaboration, the exchange of experiences and a deeper understanding of European cultural diversity. The project's vision is to create a sustainable network of cultural professionals who work together to build equitable, sustainable and inclusive communities.
The project is carried out by European institutions, including:
Marcel Hicter Association (Belgium): organization responsible for pilot training in Brussels and development of project management methodologies.
Universitat de Barcelona (Spain): conducting project workshops and developing innovative educational tools.
Goten Publishing (North Macedonia): organization of workshops and support for dissemination of project results.
Villa Decius Institute of Culture (Poland): organization of a closing conference and implementation of results in Poland.
As part of CCPROM, innovative training modules are being developed to support cultural professionals in managing international projects. The program focuses on enhancing intercultural competencies, promoting cultural diversity, and refining project cooperation management methodologies.
The main activities of the project include:
Organizing project workshops where experts from various countries will share their experiences and knowledge, creating new educational tools.
Testing the developed training modules to ensure their usability in both in-person and online environments.
Implementing the project’s outcomes in educational institutions dealing with cultural management across Europe, which will contribute to the development of educational offerings for cultural professionals.
CCPROM aims to support cultural professionals across Europe, enabling them to effectively carry out international cooperation projects, thereby increasing cohesion and intercultural understanding within the European cultural scene. The project will culminate in a final conference, where the results and achievements will be showcased, alongside the training modules that can be adapted into various cultural management programs. The conference will be held in Krakow in February 2025.
The CCPROM project includes three key stages:
Project workshops in Barcelona and Skopje, during which experts from different countries co-create innovative training modules.
Pilot training in Brussels, allowing practical testing of the developed solutions.
The developed training modules are being tested both onsite and online, and then implemented in educational institutions and training centers across Europe.
A concluding conference in Krakow (February 2025), during which the results of the project and the training modules ready for implementation will be presented.
The result of the CCPROM project's strategic activities is the educational game “The Oracle.” You play the role of a cultural visionary who, together with an international consortium, is preparing an innovative festival of art and collaboration. Your task is to bring together diverse communities, manage limited resources and overcome challenges such as bureaucracy and differences of interest.
Every decision affects the future of cultural collaboration - from choosing a leader, to allocating a budget, to reconciling artistic freedom with organizational demands. The game demonstrates how culture can be a force for change and how, together, events can be created that honor local heritage and promote international cooperation.
